Bicester Eco-Town extension — 95 plots
NW Bicester Phase 2. All-electric specification from outset — ASHP heating, MVHR, 4 kWp+ solar PV on every plot. PassivHaus-influenced detailing achieved 1.8 m³/(h·m²) air permeability — well below FHS target.
Oxford architect-led self-build
6.8 kWp in-roof array on an architect-designed 230 m² home. Paired with 13 kWh battery, 8 kW ASHP and Zappi EV charger. Annual generation 6,300 kWh; self-consumption 72%. SEG income £140/yr.
Cotswolds Conservation Area replacement dwelling
GB-Sol PV Slate BIPV system on a Cotswold stone replacement dwelling. 5.2 kWp generation, invisible from street elevation. Approved under permitted development with pre-application planning advice.
