Every new-build installation comes with annual solar panel maintenance, remote performance monitoring (Enphase Enlighten, SolarEdge Monitoring or SunSynk Cloud), proactive fault detection and a yearly performance report. Workmanship warranty is insurance-backed via QANW or IWA to satisfy NHBC and 10-year structural warranty providers. Solar panel servicing covers panel cleaning, inverter diagnostics, mounting hardware inspection, electrical safety checks, MCS re-certification where required, and battery state-of-health review for installations with energy storage. We service the systems we install across the full UK from our regional depots — typically within 5 working days for response visits, same-day for monitored fault alerts.

Every FHS-compliant new build must pass three regulatory gates. Solar panel maintenance & servicing fits primarily into the second gate — design-stage Part L compliance — but has knock-on implications for Building Control sign-off and post-completion warranty:
